Balkan Revenants Cross Necklace

A revenant is one who returns, either from a long journey or as a ghost or spirit. Which was it for the original wearer of this cross? Mysterious lettering and runes are etched into its surface, while behind it is an ornate fleur-de-lis and ivy design. This Alchemy Gothic pendant is pewter, 2½" long and 1½" across. A gothic homage to Edgar Allen Poe's famous raven poem, the black raven itself sits atop a heavy black resin cross capped with English pewter filigree. On the front of the cross is etched the word NEVERMORE, and on the back is etched an ornate Alchemy Gothic rose. Raven and cross together are 3" long. 18" cable chain is included.
