13mm Extra Large Silver Steel Ball Chain Mens Necklace with Durable Protective Finish

I ordered a necklace from you about 2 weeks ago, that necklace was perfect, size, shape, sound, the look, everything was perfect. Then 2 weeks after that I ordered another one from you, when I received that one in the mail and I took it out of the box, it did not sound anything like the other one it actually sounded like it was made out of plastic. It wasn't as heavy as the first one I got even though it was longer. And the balls looks like the material they were made out of was very thin. Almost like thin pewter. I'm not sure if this is intentional but my first necklace is in way better condition I think than the second necklace I received. I'm a little disappointed.

I ordered two necklaces from you. My first necklace felt real and sounded real. The second necklace I received from you sounded fake and almost like it was plastic. It's very light the first one is very heavy. I'm kind of not happy with it. I thought it would be exactly the same as the first one just a little longer. But it absolutely doesn't sound the same, it's not the same weight it's very light compared to the first one, and the material that the balls are made out of looks very thin compared to the first necklace I have. I'm not sure what is up with that. This is a genuine observation from buying two necklaces within a week of each other or so.

I love my big ball chain necklace! It's comfortable and makes a very cute quiet jingling sound when I move.

I did not pay attention to my order.
Must return & reorder.
