Credit card numbers are not stored, and no employee of DragonWeave has access to them. We are serious about your privacy and maintain a strict policy that keeps your information protected.
Our jewelry is shipped within two days of your order, and arrives within a week with regular shipping anywhere in the US. International orders will arrive within two weeks with regular shipping, though are sometimes delayed at customs, so please keep this in mind when ordering. We can ship gifts to a different address than the billing address, and will not include price information in the package if we see this is the case.
Standard shipping and handling for all orders is $5. We use Priority Mail within the US, which includes PO boxes and rural addresses. International shipping is done by first class airmail, also $5. Overnight and expedited shipping are available at extra cost. You will have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping at checkout, if you wish.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Send the item back (the gift box is yours to keep) and specify whether you'd like a refund or exchange. Your order is 100% refundable, no questions asked, no time limit.
We will also repair, free of charge, any jewelry you purchase from us. Send the piece back to us, and we'll fix or replace it for you free.

DragonWeave Jewelry is a home-based company in historic New Hope, Pennsylvania, founded in 1999. We're happy to offer you this unique collection of stylish jewelry in Gothic, Celtic, Asian, fashion and fantasy designs, in sterling silver, pewter and steel.
Where did the name come from? Well, originally we sold handmade chainmail jewelry for Renaissance Faires, and the name DragonWeave was coined to fit that medieval feel. As we grew, we branched out from chainmail and encompassed many different kinds of jewelry, from Celtic to Gothic. Our terrific customer service and personal touch remain, and so to prevent any confusion we keep the name as a reminder of the past and a banner for the future. Plus, we really like dragons.
